Elder Ida Elliott’s ministry began in the 1960’s when she
dedicated her life to Christ and joined Anderson
Creek Church.
She joined the Mother’s Board at a very young age and
continues to serve today.  Heeding to the call of God, Elder
Elliott preached her first sermon in 1977 under the leadership of
the late Rev. E.C. Matthews.  She served as the Vice-National
and National Mother of the United Pentecostal Holiness
Churches of America for many years.  Elder Elliott was also a
foster parent for Cumberland County Department of Social
Services and assisted in raising her grandchildren and nieces.

Many ministries have been established through her assistance,
prayers and support.  She serves faithfully
as a supporter to her
husband, Bishop Purdie Elliott.  Her labor never goes unnoticed.

Elder Elliott’s greatest love in ministry is intercessory prayer.
She has without reservation been gifted
with the ministry of
prayer.  She spends countless hours in prayer for her church,
Pastor and family.  Her
prayer is that everyone will be saved and
delivered.  She understands that through salvation and
deliverance,
healing and prosperity will take place.  Elder Elliott
also enjoys counseling and teaching young people especially

women (singled and married).  Many marriages have been saved
because of her uncompromised teaching.

Elder Elliott currently serves as the Co-Pastor of Anderson
Creek Christian Center.  Additionally, she
serves as the
chairperson of the Women’s Ministry and the Mother’s Ministry.
She is also a
member of the Administrative Board of Anderson
Creek Christian Center and Anderson Creek Church Child
Development Center.

Elder Elliott is strongly committed to the cause of Christ and
convicted to the call of bringing souls to
Christ.  In her last days,
she desires to stay active winning souls for Christ.
